About the Position:
We are looking for a DigITal Operational Technology Cybersecurity Lead to join the DigITal team, reporting directly to the Cyber Defence & Compliance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Trnava.
As the DigITal Operational Technology Cybersecurity Lead at Marelli, you will be responsible for:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Developing training programs and awareness material to cultivate a culture of cybersecurity awareness and compliance.
- Designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive OT security strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organisational objectives, industrial standards and regulatory requirements.
- Scouting, selection, design and implementation of cybersecurity technologies specific to OT systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing DigITal infrastructure while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Technologies include endpoint antimalware, asset inventory tool, intrusion detection systems, remote assistance.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in OT systems and develop effective mitigation strategies to protect critical assets across projects.
- Collaborating closely with regional DigITal organization and manufactuing teams to embed robust cybersecurity measures into OT processes and technologies.
- Maintaining adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, NIST800, ensuring the security framework meets all necessary requirements.
- Providing expert cybersecurity advice and produce technical documentation for software architecture, design, and verification plans.
- Monitoring and manage team budgets and expenditures, coordinating resource planning to advance projects effectively.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial processes, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience manufacturing systems and OT environments, with expertise in production equipment and production systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems and protocols (e.g., SCADA, PLCs). Thorough understanding of OT systems, industrial cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST800).
