About the Position:
We are looking for a DigITal Purchasing Indirect materials & Scrum Master Expert to join the DigITal team, reporting directly to the DigITal Industrial Manager.
This position is based at our office in Trnava
As the DigITal Purchasing Indirect materials & Scrum Master Expert at Marelli, you will be responsible:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Support operations regarding indirect materials demand, sourcing, supplier management processes across a SaaS platform composed of four modules.
- Develop and improve corporate reporting applications with the aim of standardizing and normalizing data from heterogeneous systems.
- Support digitalization of indirect materials processes with a focus on supplier management and e-procurement.
- Collaborate with business units to define and improve processes, collect business requirements, provide analysis, and develop plans.
- Establish effective communication and relationships with business representatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, validate solutions, and share findings with other IT areas.
- Coordinate development and maintenance of purchasing applications.
- Assist business in understanding roles and responsibilities of new IT solutions.
- Ensure IT process documentation and provide functional support for specific applications.
- Identify budget needs and manage the assigned budget in line with IT global Purchasing standards.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- A fluent English, both written and spoken, considered a must.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and guide teams through changing circumstances or project requirements efficiently.
- At least 3 years in similar positions with experience on international IT Purchasing projects.
- Basic technical knowledge on cloud-based web application and SQL.
- Basic technical knowledge on ERPs (SAP is preferred).
- Basic knowledge on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and supplier claims management.
- Knowledge of IT application services methodology (ITIL foundation is preferred).
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Having a certification like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) can also be advantage, as it demonstrates a formal understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
- Experience in working with outsourcers is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. The ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- Competence in identifying and resolving conflicts within the team swiftly. Skilled in mediating disputes and facilitating problem-solving discussions.
