About the Position:
We are looking for a DigITal Supply Chain and Supplier Collaboration Expert to join the DigITal team, reporting directly to the ICT Supply Chain MM Manager.
This position is based at our office in Trnava.
As the DigITal Supply Chain and Supplier Collaboration Expert at Marelli, you will be responsible:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Handling operations regarding direct materials procurement, internal material handling
- Be responsible for material requirement planning (MRP), Demand Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning, SIOP and Supplier collaboration.
- Oversee corporate reporting applications to be developed and improved with the aim to standardize and normalize data coming from heterogeneous systems.
- Support standardization of supply chain and supplier Collaboration applications.
- Support the business in the supply chain and Supplier Collaboration process definition and improvement, collecting business requirements, providing analysis, and developing plans.
- Proactively establish relationships with business representatives to ensure an effective communication.
- Execute the feasibility studies, validating the solutions and sharing them with the other DigITal areas.
- Coordinate the development activity of supply chain applications and the maintenance of existing ones.
- Support business in understanding the roles and responsibilities related to new DigITal solutions.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- At least 2 years with experience on DigITal projects.
- Basic knowledge on queries (SQL) and database models.
- Knowledge on waterfall and agile project management models.
- EDI and API knowledge.
- Functional knowledge of supply chain processes and Supplier Collaboration (on planning – long, medium and short term, and operations – from goods receipt to customer invoicing).
- A fluent English, both written and spoken, is considered a key skill to work at global level.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Basic technical knowledge on ERP DataBases and data models
- Knowledge of DigITal application services methodology (ITIL foundation is preferred).
- Experience in working with outsourcers is preferred
- Familiar with project management methodologies
