About the Position:
We are looking for the GBS HR Specialist to join the local HR team, reporting directly to the GBS HR Director.
This position is based at our office in Trnava.
As the GBS HR Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and optimizing the organizational and data processing systems,
- Coordinating and/or managing various aspects of recruiting, training, organizational development and programs for a larger number of employees,
- Operating in more than one of these areas and act as a specialist specializing in these individual HR functions,
- you will be also responsible for the proper application of all corporate and regional HR processes and tools,
- Defining and implementing available labor relations standards at the country level and implementing new processes,
- Escalating to HR management in case of disagreements,
- Performing all recruitment and selection activities as required for all levels,
- Ensuring compliance with all mandatory company and regional training programs
- Leading ad-hoc and/or local training activity requirements.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Education (school/majority): Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
Languages: Fluent in English required, additional language is advantage.
Experience: Min. 1.5 years of work experience in a service environment - HR and/or operational experience, or HR Service Center experience preferred.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Team player with strong communication, interpersonal and customer-oriented skills,
- Experience in using database management systems, working knowledge of any HR information system is an advantage,
- Proficiency with office administrative technologies, case management processes, knowledge of management processes, e.g. MS Office 365 and/or SharePoint.
