About the Position:

 

We are looking for a HR Reporting and Labor Cost Senior Specialist to join the HR Reporting and Labor Cost team, reporting directly to the GPO Payroll & HR Reporting and Labor Cost.

This position is based at our office in Trnava.
 

As the HR Reporting and Labor Cost Senior Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible:

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly headcount and payroll reports (including cross-tabulation data analysis), providing structured feedback on key topics and trends.
  • Manage monthly closing validation and variance analysis (actual vs. forecast/budget).
  • Prepare ad hoc cost estimates requested by HR and Finance senior management.
  • Design and update labor cost calculation logic based on legal regulations and collective bargaining rules.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly reviews.
  • Monitor KPI analysis (e.g., turnover, absence, overtime, vacation, etc.).

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Good knowledge of main HR systems (SAP, Success Factors...).
