About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team, reporting directly to the Manager of Global Compensation:China.
 

This position is based at our office in Trnava
 

As the Senior Compensation Analyst at Marelli, you will be responsible:

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Utilize findings to recommend adjustments and enhancements to existing compensation structures.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including salary planning, increases, and incentive compensation.
  • Ensure programs are administered in compliance with policy and government regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to HR business partners, an management on compensation-related matters, including offer recommendations, job evaluations, and policy interpretations.
  • Stay abreast of legislation changes that impact compensation.
  • Leverage data analytics to generate insights on compensation trends, pay equity, and program effectiveness.

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or related area, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in compensation market analysis tools, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence decision-making processes.
