About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join the Electronic Systems Planning and Logistics team, reporting directly to the Planning & Logistics Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlán, Estado de México, Mexico.
 

As the Customer Service Logistics Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of goods and services to customers. This role involves coordinating logistics activities, managing customer orders, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of orders.

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product availability, delivery, and order status. Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, changes, or updates to their orders.

  • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions. Generate reports on logistics performance and customer service metrics for management review.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
