About the Position:
We are looking for an entry-level Supply Chain Specialist to join the Electronics Supply Chain Management team, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.
This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlán, Mexico.
As the entry-level Supply Chain Specialist at Marelli, your responsibilities will be focused on freights and supplier invoices management.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Freight Management:
- Support the coordination and track freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with logistics providers and carriers to manage schedules and resolve issues.

Supplier Invoice Processing:
- Review and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts and purchase orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system.
- Resolve discrepancies and work with suppliers to address invoice-related queries.

Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of freight and invoicing activities.
- Compile reports on freight expenditures and invoice processing times to inform management decisions.

Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to support supply chain operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for freight and invoicing activities.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all freight and invoicing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to freight and supplier invoices.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Comfort with numbers and basic financial principles for handling invoices and cost analysis.
