About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Planner to join the Electronic Systems Plant Supply Chain Management department, reporting to the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager.
This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Production Scheduling:
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., procurement, manufacturing, logistics) to ensure timely production.

Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Implement inventory control strategies to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources such as labor, equipment, and raw materials to maximize production efficiency.

Demand Forecasting:
- Analyze market trends and customer orders to predict future production needs.
- Adjust schedules based on demand changes and supply chain disruptions.

Process Improvement:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on production progress, resource utilization, and inventory levels.
- Use data analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
What Qualifications you will bring:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
- Previous experience in production planning, supply chain management, or operations within the automotive industry is preferred.

Skills:
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Certifications: basic knowledge of IATF 16949, TISAX is preferred.
