About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the CS Electronics team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Coordinator.
 

This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlán, México.
 

As the Customer Service Specialist at Marelli, you will be acting as a key liaison between the electronics plant and its customers, providing responsive, effective support and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The role encompasses order management, proactive communication, coordination with internal teams, and continuous improvement of customer experience. 

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Order Management:
    Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requirements are met and communicated to production and logistics.

  • Inquiry Resolution:
    Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, product information, and complaints.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and reliable service.

  • Delivery Coordination:
    Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Prepare, review, and maintain customer-related documents and records, including order confirmations and shipment details.

  • Problem Resolution:
    Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with sales, production, quality, and supply chain teams to address customer needs and resolve concerns.

  • Compliance:
    Ensure activities align with company policies and applicable regulations.

  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in order and documentation processing
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously
