About the Position:
We are looking for a Test Engineer to join the Electronics Manufacturing Engineering team, reporting directly to the Test Engineering Supervisor.
This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlan, Mexico.
As the Test Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating tests to ensure product quality and resolving defects through collaboration.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Test Development and Design:
- Develop test plans and procedures specific to electronic systems and components.
- Design and implement both manual and automated testing for circuits, boards, and integrated systems.

Testing and Validation:
- Conduct tests on electronic products to validate design and performance specifications.
- Utilize equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators for testing.

Issue Identification and Troubleshooting:
- Identify defects or malfunctions in electronic systems.
- Analyze test results to troubleshoot and resolve electrical or software-related issues.

Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with design engineers to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Document and report testing outcomes, including any identified issues or improvements needed.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure products meet quality and compliance standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and methodologies.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical support during product development and production phases.
- Assist in the refinement of electronics testing procedures and protocols.
