About the Position:
We are looking for a [New Products Controller ] to join the [Finance+ GTS-TS] team, reporting directly to the [Chaohua GU].
This position is based at our office in [MCW WUXI].
As the [New Products Controller ] at Marelli, you will
Coordinate the Financial Evaluation of New Products during the RFI / RFQ / Development phases.
Support the Head of Project Management to prevent Risk on Project Profitability.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Financial Evaluations of New Products (RFI / RFQ / Milestones)
- Assumptions set-up with Project Team (PM, Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality)
- Data collection from Project Team according the assumptions set-up
- Financials Evaluation and KPIs delivery to PM
- Follow-up of the Project Approval Process according Marelli DoA
- Support the PM to deliver the project profitability targeted at RFQ
- Deliver Contribution Margin Reporting by Products
- Support the preparation of short and medium terms Planning Processes (Forecast, Budget, MTP) providing project profitability
- Set-up of standard Methodologies, Libraries, Tools, Solutions and implementing Best Practices
- Grant alignment on the figures between Business and FP&A
- Ad hoc analysis and presentations
- Other works given by finance controller
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Degree in Economics or MBA after degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as process engineer or costing engineer in Manufacturing Company
- Understanding financial reporting, management finance, knowing Tax laws and regulations
- Familiar with MS-Office packages
- A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility
- Good command of English both in spoken and written
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
