About the Position:
We are looking for a [ QA Manager ] to join the [GTS China QA] team, reporting directly to the [GTS China GM].
This position is based at our office in [Wuxi].
Your Responsibilities will be:
Customer Support
1. Deal with customer normal production complaint and monitor the problem solving process.
2. Support customer production launch on time (engine plant and vehicle plant).
3. Organize and coordinate customer training both for field and plant.
4. Follow up customer initial sample (partly) and return and rejects report.
Quality System Establishment
- Assigned as the “ Management Representative”, responsible for establish & maintaining , and improving Quality Management System.
- Develop Quality Manual and lead the procedures and work instructions drafting process with
the support of all functional departments.
- Take overall responsibility to ensure the full implementation of the procedures and work
instruction through the support of all functional departments.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical or automotive engineering
- 8 years plus working experience in automotive components manufacturing enterprises, with 5 years supervisory/managerial experience
- Veteran of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and IATF16949
- Good knowledge of SPC, MSA, 8D, gage calibration and measurement.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Good logic sense in specific understanding, drawing specifications
- Knowledge of EMS system.
- Good Japanese(English) and Chinese communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PC software and MS-office suites, email and etc.
- Basics knowledge and skills in budgeting and expenses control
- Good people skills, project management skills, and critical problem solving skills
