About the Position:
We are looking for a [SCMSSC SENIOR SPECIALIST] to join the [Production Control&Logistics + GTS-TS] team, reporting directly to the [JunWei Liang ].
This position is based at our office in [MCW WuXi].
As the [SCMSSC SENIOR SPECIALIST] at Marelli, you will be responsible for SCM plan arangement.
Your Responsibilities will be:

1. Maintaining and reporting performance SCM metrics.
2. Data management and maintenance.
3. Documenting and create work instructions assigned SCM processes
4. Facilitating internal customer calls and updates
5. Maintain and Deliver Reports at specified time
6. Report Creation from using multiple sources
7. Validate Clean or Correct ERP Data
8. Scheduling for International and Domestic shipments (Ground, Ocean and Air Transportation)
9. Track and Trace for International and Domestic shipments (Ground, Ocean and Air Transportation)
10. Claims Resolution with carrier and shippers
11. Freight cost reporting
12. BOM modification based on internal user request
13. Request material to suppliers based on inventory design
14. Follow up supplier shipments and confirm materila receipt
15. Create manual shipping order on ERP
16. Maintenance of Customer service orders
What Qualifications you will bring:

- University degree in business administration or adequate plus Master degree might be required, professional experience focusing on Finance/ Supply Chain Management.
- C1 level of English is must, local language(s) might be required
- Min 4 years experience in transportation and customs departments
- Knowledge Import and Export control regulations
- Schedule/ track and trace experience in ocean, air and ground transportation
- MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook), ERP experience is advantage (e.g. IFS, IFS Radley),

18、Ensure smooth daily operations by proper allocation of transactional volume to the team/ avoid workload allocation issues or improper allocation leading to inefficiencies of some and overload of other employees.
19、Mentoring and positive attitude to work, proactively sharing knowledge with less experienced team members to support their development.
