About the Position:
We are looking for a Associate CAE Engineer to join the Research&Development-EEV team, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, EEV
This position is based at our office in Wuhu
As the Associate CAE Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate as
Your Responsibilities will be:
- To conduct thermal simulation with Ansys-CFX and Flo-EFD during development phases.
- Provide the technical solution to meet specifications and design to cost oriented.
- To coordinate and prepare test samples to customer according to requirement. Following up measurement and simulation result coherent to validation result.
- To assure that all Thermal Checklists are fulfilled within stipulated schedule.
- Participate in the discussion of improvement solution with designer and test engineer
- To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.
- To follow up the comparison of thermal simulation versus test result and revise simulation parameter.
- To finish the simulation analysis on RFQs.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor degree with Mechanical, thermal, fluidics Engineering, or relevant major background.
- Good command of Oral & Written English.
- Good communication skills an d interpersonal skills
- Experience in software of Ansys CFX , Flo EFD, Icepack etc.
- Internal validation ability to verify simulation results and correlation skill.
- Good problem analytical and communication skills.
