About the Position:
We are looking for a Associate Designer to join the Research&Development + ELD team, reporting directly to the Team Leader / Mechanical Manager.
This position is based at our office in Wuhu
As the Associate Designer at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate as
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Work as an individual or member of a design team on the design of child parts or complete products and is responsible for the correctness and completeness of 2D/3D, design files, BOM and TD;
- Defines and issues alterations of parts and part lists according to Engineering Change Requests;
- Provides support to production and cross function department in order to help them to achieve their individual targets;
- In order to achieve best results to make use all of available resources such as company norms and standards, abides to design rules;
- Participating in CR/QRC, FMEAs and team meetings;
- Participating in the RFQ project to make BOM/TD/TR files with project leader;
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor of Engineering equivalent or higher;
- Good command of English in written and spoken, CET 4 is a must;
- Familiar with related mechanical, electric, material, tooling knowledge;
- Experience in the design of products for automotive industry or similar parts is desirable;
- Good PC skills especially in CAD System software, have the knowledge of CATIA-AUTOCAD software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
