About the Position:

 

We are looking for a SMT Engineer to join the Electronic Shop-Manufacturing Engineering team, reporting directly to the Operation Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Wuhu.

Your Responsibilities will be:

•    Execute every new project strictly according to the process flow, make it meet the design and production requirements.
•    Responsible for project investment development according to company budget planning.
•    Coordinate new product process and develop new equipment according to process requirements to ensure normal operation of the project.
•    Coordinate improvement of existing equipment to meet AL&S standards.
•    Manage the REPAIR and maintenance of all equipments in the plant to ensure the normal operation of the equipment (including but not limited to factory affairs, SMT, ASSY).
•    Participate in plant quality, operation and environmental systems.
•    Lead lean production activities in the plant.
•    Oversee the definition and distribution of plant layouts.
•    Lead EEM(Early Equipment Management) activities.
•    Control and fulfill department budget.
•    Participate in company problem solving and VAVE work.
•    Define the objectives of the department.
•    Analyze and approve process implementation procedures and/or work instructions.
•    Compliance with quality, manufacturing and environmental standard procedures and instructions (where applicable)
•    Follow other instructions/objectives of management.

What Qualifications you will bring:

EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Bachelor Degree with Engineering Majors

LANGUAGES: Good command of Oral & Written English

EXPERIENCES:

  • Over 8 years experiences as equipment maintenance and management experience (SMT, ASSY), FUJI NXT&SEHO welding master is preferred;
  • Over 5 years new project and team management experience;
  • Over 5 years experience in non-standard automation equipment;
  • Experience in facility maintenance and management is preferred.
  • CAPABILITIES (Marelli Behaviors and Technical Skills) / CULTURAL FIT: Good command, Team Work focus, excellent communication skills, Oral & Written in English.
