About the Position:
We are looking for a HRBP JAPAN to join the Electronics HR team, reporting directly to the ELS HRBP.
This position is based at our office in Yoshimi.
As the HRBP Japan at Marelli, you will be responsible to support the HR Business Partner in coordinating and supervising all HR processes related to Organization and People Development, in according with Group Policies, assuring the alignment of instruments to the strategies of Business along with prediction of future requirements and problems, at a local and Division levels
Your Responsibilities will be:

Responsible for the creation and implementation of local HR Strategy in coordination with HQ and Division

Leading the content design and roll-out of Leadership Development activities in coordination with HQ and Division

Responsible at Country Level and supporting at Division Level for the main HR Processes: Talent Acquisition, Induction & Onboarding, Talent Management and Performance Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting and Labor Cost, Training, Internal Communication, Organization Design, Relationship with Unions

Supervise the job of all the team members to ensure an efficient and effective work flow

Driving process improvement to gain efficiencies in work conducted and driving strong HR business partnering and professional people management standards/processes, proposing innovative solutions to support and improve the key processes of human resources.

Development of relationships across country and division to build a strong network and cross-functional partnership

Implementing and managing all changes which are rolled out as required by the Division or HQ within the timeframe and with procedural accuracy, ensuring appropriate collaboration with local and central teams

Design and implement initiatives around Engagement & Employees
What Qualifications you will bring:

Minimum of 3-5 years at Senior Management level accountable for human resources management

Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global and matrix organization
-
Fluency in English
-
Strong knowledge of Japan Labor Law
-
Strong experience in restructuring plans in highly appreciated
