About the Position:

 

We are looking for an HR Specialist  to join the HR Japan Electronics team, reporting directly to the ELS HR Japan.
 

This position is based at our office in Yoshimi.
 

As the HR Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible to support implementation of HR processes and activities according to HR strategy.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Support the recruitment process according to Company procedures and rules
  • Support line managers in identifying training and development needs
  • Grant mandatory training completion and manage transversal training needs in coherence with Company/Division priority
  • Ensure the Performance Evaluation Process by providing methodological support to line managers
  • Support activities related to skills mapping and assessment
  • Support the line managers in identifying potential candidates to establish development plans accordingly
  • Manage reporting activities and analysis for monthly HC Headcount, Headcount Forecast and Headcount Budgets
  • Manage administrative tasks and requirement at local level

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Degree in Law, Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Good Knowledge of Success Factor Tool or similar platform
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
