このポジションは 埼玉県吉見町にあるオフィスでの勤務となります。

責任／役割詳細:
· 新素材の製品適用検討：性能検証、試験品試作、実験計画等
· 客先と素材メーカーとのコミュニケーション、調整
· 材料、素材の市場動向調査
- 自動車内装部品の工法の市場動向調査、展示会での情報収集活動
必要な資格:
- 学歴：工学部化学系、工学部機械工学系大学または専門学校を卒業されている方が望ましい
- 経験：樹脂材料開発または自動車樹脂部品設計に携わった経験が5年以上
- または材料技術者として設計に携わった経験5年以上
- メールによる英語のコミュニケーション力（TOEIC500以上が望ましい）
簡単な英会話（会話することに委縮しない
- 流ちょうな日本語
- Excel. Power Point, Word,オペレーションが可能
その他歓迎するスキル
- 3D-CAD（NX, Catia）経験
- AIを用いた業務効率化の経験があると望ましい。
- 課題解決スキル（PA,DA,PPAなどの知識があると良い）
- 樹脂部品の生産技術の知識

- 会社の方針に基づき、ゴールを上司と相談して設定し業務を遂行する。
- サステイナブルマテリアルのseedsを探し、デザインチームと連携して提案する。
- 材料の基本性能の評価項目を検討、評価を関係部署と連携し実施。材料の適用可能部位などの選定を提案する。
- お客様との共同開発アイテムを担当として日程、アクションリストを作成し自ら実行する。
- 材料だけではなく、部品についての知識を身に着けアプライ開発での潜在的課題などの解決のサポートをする。
