私たちは、プロジェクト開発エンジニア を募集しています。インテリア事業部の第一プロジェクト開発部チームで、レポートラインは プロジェクト開発エンジニア Managerです。
このポジションは 埼玉県吉見オフィスでの勤務となります。
責任／役割詳細:
- 担当プロジェクトの自動車用内装樹脂部品について、目標とするCQDを達成する最適設計を実施する。
- 顧客および社内の関連部門と協力して課題を解決する。
必要な資格:
- 学歴：工学部機械系、化学系大学または専門学校を卒業されている方が望ましい
- 経験：自動車業界または同様の職務での 5 年以上の経験。樹脂部品開発または自動車樹脂部品設計に携わった経験が3年以上
- プロジェクト開発の経験があることが望ましい日産または他の OEM の開発プロセスを経験し、理解している表皮巻き部品や機構部品、プレス製品の設計、生産技術の知識を有する表
- 皮巻き部品や機構部品、プレス製品の設計、生産技術の知識を有する
その他歓迎するスキル
- 3D-CAD（NX, Catia）経験
- Excel. Power Point, Word,オペレーションが可能
- 課題解決スキル（PA,DA,PPAなどの知識があると良い）
- 樹脂部品の生産技術の知識
- 英語（必須）および日本語（必須）のビジネス会話能力
- メールによる英語のコミュニケーション力（TOEIC500以上が望ましい）
