About the Position:

 

We are looking for a GT Insite Process Quality  to join the Quality Marelli GT team, reporting directly to the Production Manager .
 

This position is based at our office in Marelli GT (Insite).
 

As theGT Insite Process Quality at Marelli, you will be responsible develop advanced product quality planning to ensure compliance with both internal and external quality control standards and regulations, as well as specific customer requirements.
Follow up on corrective actions for process defects and customer complaints.

Your Responsibilities will be:

1  Pilot activities (advanced product quality planning)
2  Corrective actions for customer complaints and responses and/or warranties, as well as timely responses and service
3  Participation in the development of corrective actions for process defects (work-in-progress and finished products)
4  Contributes to the development of on-site corrective actions and audits.
5  Participation in the development of tiered process audits based on the quality management system.
6  Responsible for conducting statistical process studies to determine process capability (when applicable or as determined by internal or external requirements)
7  Verification and monitoring of product quality in mass production, including the stages of new projects.
8  Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the activities described in the corrective action and control procedure.
9  Responsabilities Under The Quality Standard
10 Responsibility and authority to halt production and product shipments, if necessary, to correct quality issues.
11 General knowledge of the IATF/16949 standard and specific customer requirements in order to apply them to the process.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of Core Tools and basic knowledge of Quality

Visits to clients, suppliers, and other plants.

Work performed in office settings (administrative activities and manufacturing processes)
