About the Position:
We are looking for a GT Insite Maintenance Supervisor to join the Maintenance + GT team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes (Insite Nissan A1).
As the GT Insite Maintenance Supervisor at Marelli, you will be responsible coordinate with all departments involved in the process to manage maintenance activities for a business unit, ensuring compliance with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, with the goal of improving the performance of machinery and equipment.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on equipment and machinery.
- Oversee maintenance documentation, logs, spare part inventory, and work order management.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless facility operations and projects.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Education: Industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or related engineering.
Proven experience in industrial maintenance supervision (typically 5+ years).
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance systems.
Other skills that we would welcome:
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and maintenance manuals.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Relevant technical diploma/degree preferred.
Expectations from you in this position:
Analyze problems and areas for improvement in detail, and propose solutions and strategies for corrective action and improvement. Ensure compliance with OEE, BDR, MTTR, MTBF, MP, MBD, FFR, and PDM indicators, achieving the target levels established by the company.
Manage expenses incurred by maintenance department personnel.
