About the Position:
We are looking for a HR Reporting Specialist to join the Global HR team, reporting directly to the GPO Payroll & HR Reporting and Labor Cost Sr Manager.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalentes.
As the HR Reporting Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible on activities linked to all Groups Business Units at worldwide level and will monitor the Workforce Planning, handling relations with both Finance and HR stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Prepare timely and accurately monthly Headcount and Personnel Cost reports (including bridge data analysis), providing structured feedback on main topics and trends.
- Manage the monthly closure validation and variances analysis (actual vs forecast/budget).
- Prepare ad hoc cost estimations requested by HR and Finance top management.
- Draft and update Labor Cost calculation logic based on legal legislations and collective agreements rules.
- Monitor KPIs analysis (e.g. turnover, absence, overtime, vacations, etc.).
- Maintain the 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks.
- Support HRBP on HR Planning system management.
- Participate actively in HR processes implementation and management.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Master’s degree in economics, Accounting, Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Fluent level of English language both written and spoken (C1), other languages knowledge will be considered a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge on Workforce Planning software (OneStream…).
- Good knowledge of the main HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors…
