About the Position:
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the Marelli team, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.
The HR Generalist supports day-to-day Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR compliance.
This role partners with employees and managers to ensure a positive work environment and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support internal and external audits.
What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

3 to 5 years of HR experience.Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
