About the Position:
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the MMS Green Technologies team.
This position is based at our office in Amparo/SP, Brazil.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Responsible for developing, promoting, and sustaining MMS knowledge and culture at the plant, aligned with the goals set by Corporate and Business Unit (BU) MMS coordination.
• Support the plant through efficiency analysis and productivity-improvement planning; lead production competitiveness initiatives, provide feedback to Central Manufacturing, and contribute to improving the unit’s medium-term competitiveness.
• Monitor activities aimed at improving production competitiveness KPIs and analyze equipment utilization.
• Participate in developing and controlling the manufacturing unit’s total cost and headcount budget, while monitoring actual conditions.
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs), such as OLE and Labor Loss, is desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
