About the Position:
We are looking for a Testing and Prototyping Supervisor to join the R&D Green Technologies team.
This position is based at our office in Amparo, Brasil.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Analyze prototype-area demands from R&D and other departments, planning and monitoring schedules to ensure execution and delivery within established deadlines.
• Supervise prototype production, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and developing action plans to address delays or urgent requests.
• Provide technical support for development activities, contributing to the validation and implementation of new products and processes in coordination with production, logistics, procurement, and suppliers.
• Manage consumables, inventory, and investment needs for resources, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Keep corporate systems updated to monitor cost-reduction initiatives (VAVE), including make-or-buy actions.
• Monitor the manufacturing, testing, and validation of samples.
• Prepare management reports and presentations, ensuring traceability, technical approval, and compliance with the objectives and deadlines of implemented solutions.
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of technical drawing software.
• Availability to work 100% on-site at the Amparo plant.

Expectations from you in this position:
- Manage prototype demands from R&D and other departments by planning schedules, supervising production, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements and deadlines. Provide technical support for product and process development, coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, manage materials and resource needs, track VAVE and make-or-buy initiatives, oversee sample testing and validation, and prepare reports to ensure traceability, technical approval, and timely implementation.
