About the Position:
Estamos buscando un Failure Analysis Technician para unirse al equipo de Calidad de la Planta de Sistemas Electrónicos, reportando directamente al Supervisor de Calidad.
Esta posición está ubicada en nuestra oficina en Aguascalientes, México.
Como Técnico de Análisis de Fallas en Marelli, serás responsable de realizar diagnósticos, registrar y analizar piezas rechazadas o sospechosas, así como de asegurar que los productos cumplan con los estándares de calidad requeridos y que se implemente la mejora continua en los procesos.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Diagnóstico de fallas en PCBA’s usando equipos especializados.
- Elaboración de reportes técnicos sobre hallazgos.
- Realización de auditorías ESD y de producto/proceso.
- Validación periódica de piezas master.
- Implementación y seguimiento de medidas de contención en la línea de producción.
- Participación en proyectos de mejora continua.
- Apoyo en actividades de nuevos lanzamientos y auditorías.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Ingeniería en Electrónica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en diagnóstico de fallas.
- Manejo intermedio de C++, osciloscopio, multímetro, y fuentes variables de voltaje.
- Conocimiento básico en normas IPC 610-A, auditorías de calidad, y herramientas de gestión como ISO9001/IATF 16949.

- Capacidad para tomar decisiones bajo presión.
- Trabajo en equipo y gestión de conflictos.
- Inglés intermedio (lectura, escritura, conversación).

Se espera que actúes con autonomía en el análisis de fallas y auditorías, contribuyas en la mejora de procesos, y ayudes a garantizar la liberación de productos de calidad. Tendrás autoridad para detener la línea o embarques si identificas problemas críticos, y serás parte activa en las iniciativas de mejora y cumplimiento de normativas ambientales y de seguridad.
