About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Single Domain Lead to oversee both the Audio and Tuner domains within our Android Infotainment/Cockpit programs. The successful candidate will drive the development and integration of cutting-edge infotainment solutions, ensuring an exceptional user experience in terms of audio quality and tuner functionality. This role demands a deep understanding of the Android platform, expertise in audio systems, and extensive experience working with tuner technologies.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Lead the design, development, and integration of audio and tuner systems within Android infotainment/cockpit platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and external partners to deliver robust and innovative infotainment solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party audio and tuner services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive testing and validation strategies for audio and tuner functionalities to guarantee optimal performance and high-quality user experiences.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies within the infotainment and automotive sectors to proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Address and resolve any technical challenges or issues related to the audio and tuner domains.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading audio and tuner projects within the automotive or embedded systems industry.
- Expertise in Android development and a solid understanding of Android automotive frameworks and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of audio processing, acoustics, and tuner technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and compliance requirements.
