Your Responsibilities will be:

Mission

  • Optimize costs, while ensuring quality and timing impacts
  • Ensure the deployment of Capex & Opex commodity strategy.
  • Interfacing and aligning with Key Stakeholders (Commodity Specialist, Plant Management, R&D, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, ICT, Legal, Human Resources and General Services)
  • Anticipating the specific requirements for new services (supplier solutions, geographical location, and target costs)

Main responsibilities

  • Manage the sourcing process and negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers for new or refurbishment of Capex Equipment, ensuring the achievement of objectives for the Function in accordance with the Company targets.
  • Experience to manage software licensing and global tier-1 supplier Panel.
  • Satisfy external and internal customer requirements and specifications.
  • Support the involvement of suppliers to perform feasibility studies and participate in review of supplier technical proposal during technical review with Manufacturing Engineer / R&D / Quality
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules, Purchasing procedures and guidelines.
  • Supplier nomination (Purchase Order issue, agreement definition, emission, and signature of Nomination Letter)
  • Manage possible change requests during the development of the equipment.
  • Procurement of all types of Indirect purchase item, CAPEX material spare parts and services.
  • Tracking the SAP Purchase requisition for entity on daily basis & converting them into SAP PO
  • As per Marelli global purchase procedure

What Qualifications you will bring:

Education (school / specialization)

Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial sectors

with technical skills

Languages levels (MT / English….)

Fluent English, additional language is preferred

Key Experiences / Seniority

Experience in Automotive & industrial components.

 

 

 

Leadership/ Managerial Skills

Target oriented People skills

Commercial and Technical Negotiation Skills Availability to work in Team.

Analytical Skills

Technical Competencies

(Including Systems/Office knowledge, certifications, licenses….)

Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office suites
