About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Technical Lead System Test-Cluster
 

This position is based at our office in Gurugram.
 

 

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Review the task allocation plan prepared by the PVL. Highlight the risks (if any) with respect to the planning.
  • Perform the requirement analysis and raise the OPL and bring them to closure. Follow-up with the requirement engineer for the timely response of the OPL.
  • Attend all the weekly/status meetings without fail.
  • Highlight the risks to the PVL (any risks related to time plan, leaves, licenses, open queries,etc)
  • Support the team leader to prepare the test frame work.
  • Adhere to the template to be used for all kinds of documentation and respect the quality of documentation.
  • Ensure to follow the test case re-use strategy finalized in the project.
  • Inform the Team leader in case of need of any particular training and get him/her enrolled.
  • Review the test cases prepared by his/her peers.
  • Get the work products reviewed by the team leader, execution team and then the requirement engineer.
  • Execute the test cases.
  • Record the test results
  • Raise the defects in the defect management tool.
  • Support the PVL for the quality gates and participate in the CM audits when needed.
  • Maintain the KPI as per the target.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Electronics and communication/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in System Validation in automotive industry.
