About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Engineer to join the Assembly team, reporting directly to the HL Assembly Supervisor and Assembly Manager.
This position is based at our office in Bursa.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring on-time production with the highest quality and increasing customer satisfaction
- Managing and supervising production lines in line with unit targets
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly production targets, taking necessary actions, and reporting
- Effectively using production and engineering change management tools in the responsible area
- Planning, implementing, and expanding continuous improvement activities
- Preparing employee development plans and increasing competencies in line with the plan
- Ensuring coordination between own team and support units
- Implementing production system standards and carrying out activities within the framework of development plans
