About the Position:
We are looking for a LATAM Business Customer Marketing Manager to join the Global Marketing team, reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing.
This position could be based at our office in Mauà or Hortolandia (Brazil).
As the LATAM Business Customer Marketing Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively position and promote our product offerings; you'll act as individual contributor interfacing with the highest organizational level of the organization.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Marketing: actively participating in the Development and implementation comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value and benefits of our products to the target market.
- Go-to-Market Planning and Execution: support the planning and execution of sophisticated go-to-market strategies for product launches and enhancements, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Account based marketing activities: be one of the key contributor of the planning and execution of sophisticated go-to-market strategies to diversify customer portfolio ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across all channels.
- Sales Enablement and Support: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, materials, and knowledge to effectively sell our products.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, utilizing KPIs to make data-driven optimizations for future initiatives.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field. Master’s degree or professional marketing certification is highly preferred.
- Years of Experience in the Field: 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field, with a strong track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.
- Key Skills and Competencies: Expert knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Strong leadership and project management abilities, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, adept at crafting persuasive messaging and engaging diverse audiences. Proficiency in the latest marketing tools and technologies.
