About the Position:

 
 

We are looking for an Advanced Key Account Manager. This position is based at our office in Chonburi.

The Advanced Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and fostering relationships with our most critical clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and to maximize our revenue opportunities. This position plays a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and providing exceptional client service by acting as a liaison between key clients and our internal teams.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand their needs, business practices, and challenges to effectively manage their accounts.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize profit while meeting clients’ expectations.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop strategic plans to improve key client results, including increased revenue and brand loyalty, and implement them.
  • Order Intake: being one of the key contributor in achieving Order Intake assigned targets periodically monitoring the actual and end of year forecast and proposing corrective actions.
  • Being one of the key contributor in all claims processing activities for assigned customer portfolio, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution in alignment with company policies and targets.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that key accounts receive the best possible service and product offerings.
  • Reporting: Regularly update management and relevant teams on the status of accounts, challenges faced, and strategies applied.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to align strategies accordingly.
  • Credit Collection: Lead customer's credit collection ensuring on-time payments to meet company cash flow targets

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 8 years of experience in key account management or a similar role, preferably with a focus on key or strategic accounts.
  • Certifications: Professional sales or account management certifications (e.g., Strategic Account Management Association Certification) are preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in CRM software
