About the Position:
We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to join the in Marelli Electronics Business.
CPM will guide the Body Computers & Cockpit Integrated Units Team towards accomplishing the stated objectives of a project: scope, time, cost.
This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI).
Your Responsibilities will be:

- Support Sales in the acquisition of new orders according to Business Lines targets;
- Define the scope of the project and create the general plan of the Program;
- Responsible for Final Unitary Product Cost, Scope and Timing of the overall program within the guidelines of PME
- Lead Core Team members from Nomination phase until handover to serial production;
- Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal Milestones;
- Communication hub to project team and stakeholders involved in the Project;
- Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions;
- Ensure the deployment of Marelli Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (Product Development, Quality, etc.);
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of successfully executing projects and handing them over to production.
- Solid background in electronics, enabling effective understanding of technical requirements and issues.
- Deep familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and IATF standards for quality management.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
