About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Digital End-User Workplace Specialist who will join the Digital Central team. 

The candidate will report to the Marelli responsible for End-user Services team. This position is located in Italy, Corbetta (MI). 

End-User team is in charge of ensuring the highest quality of IT end-user services on a global scale by managing global solutions from both operational and contractual perspectives, defining processes and establishing guidelines. The candidate will support the oversight of the day-to-day control of operations for core EUS components such as computers, smartphones, tablets, Video Conferences, and Soft Phones. The team has the responsibility to implement and maintain scalable and resilient core services leveraging on third parties’ suppliers and internal analysis and strategies.

The End‑User Specialist provides high‑quality technical support to employees and executive leadership, ensuring a seamless digital experience across devices, collaboration tools, and live event technologies. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to interact confidently with VIP users, and a good command of English language in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Follow the planning, management and execution of EUS projects
  • VIPs Support:
    • One week per month, onsite support
    • VIPs spare devices systems (upgrades, patches) and video conferencing check up
  • Global Town Halls Management:
    • Management of external service providers for Marelli audio/video system integration
    • Audio/video testing and validation
    • Coordination with Internal Communications and third-party suppliers and live event management
  • VIPs Ticket Service Management:
    • End-to-end management of VIP support tickets
    • Service calls per week dedicated to VIP topics
    • Handling of escalations and coordination with support teams
    • Execution of root cause investigations for recurring or critical issues
    • Monitoring and validation of SLA compliance, ensuring agreed service levels are met
  • Video conferencing service:
    • Operational support and ongoing service management for video conferencing solutions
    • Consultancy on design and setup of new meeting rooms, including technology selection and best practices
    • Coordination and support during negotiations between local resellers and global suppliers, ensuring technical and commercial alignment
    • Periodical check of VC usage and devices EOL, keep updated the global VC catalogue, provide guidelines in new VC rooms set up
  • Licensing management:
    • Governance and control of EUS software licensing compliance, ensuring policies and processes are correctly followed.
    • Support in contract renewal management for centrally managed software products.
  • Weekly Service Review:
    • Support in tracking ongoing EUS activities, incidents, and improvement actions across services
    • Preparation and contribution to weekly service review meetings
    • Monitoring of action items, KPIs, and service trends to ensure continuous service improvement
  • Service Now: integrate and improve existing processes to optimize the operations

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in the above topics
  • Experience working in an enterprise company across multiple regions or countries, or in consulting on enterprise projects
  • Tools: Service Now, PowerBI, Intune, MS System Center, Active Directory, M365
  • Proactivity and ability to work remotely in an effective way
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and control external suppliers
  • Problem-solving, technical and project management skills
