About the Position:

We are looking for a Finance Business Excellence & Systems Owner to join the Chief Accounting Office team, reporting directly to the CAO. This position is based in Milan/Corbetta. This role requires a presence in the office with flexibility for hybrid work.

Your Responsibilities will be:

•    Define gather and translate business requirements into functional process and technical specifications for ERP/Workiva/OneStream and related integrations.
•    Identify solutions to address financial process and systesm gaps to best in class processes work with our GPO to establish the roadmap for our shared services organization. Identify and drive continuous improvement across the FI stream through automation, simplification, and system performance enhancements.
•    Full system ownership of the  Marelli Workiva suite of solutions across Innetrnal Controls, Financial Statements (FS) disclosure, and ESG including governance, workflows, access, and documentation. 
•    Full systems ownership of the OS consolidation and financial planning solutions, supporting the solution on a Global basis for the CAO, Controlling & Diviision organizations.
•    Project management for financial systems (non ERP), coordinating Finance, IT, ESG, Internal Control, and external partners.
•    Support OneStream consolidation, reporting, and planning cycles during MEC and forecasting peaks.
•    Apply Group change methodology & control to all system evolutions, ensuring standardization and compliance.
•    Provide training, documentation, and user support across Finance and ESG functions

What Qualifications you will bring:

•    Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
•    Fluent in English.
•    10+ years of experience in financial systems, consolidation, reporting, or finance transformation roles.
•    Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
•    Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, ESG, Internal Control, Audit).
•    Experience with Workiva and/or OneStream (or similar finance applications) is strongly preferred.

Other skills that we would welcome:

•    Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GRI).
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
•    Experience in finance transformation projects and complex company restructurings.
•    Understanding of database structures, integrations, or basic technical architecture
