About the Position:

Ricerchiamo un Italy Sales Area Manager, da inserire nel team della Divisione Aftermarket. Rispondendo direttamente al Sales Manager Ricambi Italia, la risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione delle attività commerciali nell’area Nord Ovest Italia. 

 

We are looking for a Italy Sales Area Manager to join our Aftermarket Division team. Reporting directly to the Italy Sales Manager Spare Parts, this person will be responsible for managing sales activities within the Northern Italy territory.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Gestione del team di vendita nell’area assegnata (agenti).
  • Responsabilità diretta del fatturato dell’area per cliente (in relazione al budget, ai forecast e ai contratti di vendita).
  • Gestione dei contratti di vendita per i ricambi.
  • Gestione diretta dei clienti (tramite gli agenti).
  • Sviluppo dei clienti esistenti/acquisizione di nuovi clienti all’interno del territorio assegnato.
  • Organizzazione e conduzione delle riunioni mensili di area.
  • Preparazione dei forecast mensili per cliente.
  • Gestione delle promozioni e delle azioni di sell-in per i clienti.
  • Gestione del portafoglio mensile di dilazioni assegnato.
  • Gestione delle situazioni critiche di credito.
  • Risoluzione delle problematiche di vendita con i clienti e/o coinvolgimento dei diversi enti aziendali competenti.

 

  • Management of the Sales team in the assigned area: agents.
  • Direct responsibility for the area’s turnover by customer (in relation to the budget, subsequent forecasts, and sales contracts).
  • Management of sales contracts for spare parts.
  • Direct customer management (through agents).
  • Development of existing customers/acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Organization and leadership of monthly area meetings.
  • Preparation of monthly forecasts by customer.
  • Management of promotions and sell-in actions for customers.
  • Management of the monthly assigned deferral portfolio.
  • Handling critical credit situations.
  • Resolution of sales issues with customers and/or involvement of relevant company departments when necessary.

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Cerchiamo un candidato con diversi anni di esperienza commerciale nel settore automotive, in particolare nel canale Independent Aftermarket.
  • Il candidato ideale dimostra capacità di leadership, possiede eccellenti doti comunicative e di negoziazione, e ha una spiccata capacità di gestione dello stress.
  • Ricerchiamo una persona residente in una delle regioni dell’area gestita e disponibile a frequenti trasferte di lavoro sul territorio.
  • È richiesta una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
  • Diploma di scuola secondaria.
  • La conoscenza della lingua inglese sarà considerata un plus.

 

  • We are looking for a candidate with several years of sales experience within the automotive industry, specifically in the Independent Aftermarket sector.
  • The ideal applicant naturally demonstrates leadership, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and has strong stress management abilities.
  • We are seeking someone residing in one of the regions within the managed area who is available for frequent business travel across the territory.
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite.
  • Secondary school diploma.
  • Knowledge of the English language will be considered a plus.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • A blend of sales insight, with a passion for the Automotive.
  • Ability to dig into detail.
  • Effective communication: ability to interact and communicate verbally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders in different situations (colleagues, customers, etc…).
  • Leadership and collaborative propensity: capability to take important decisions in a fast-paced environment leading to results and to share and cooperate actively with the team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: ability to face unexpected changes and react to new circumstances. Capability to handle multiple priorities, interfaces and tasks.
  • Results-driven approach: to delivery on time field activities is essential.
