About the Position:
We are looking for an Italy Service Area Manager to join the Italy Technical Services & Equipment Sales Team of the Aftermarket Division, reporting directly to Technical Services & Equipment Director. This position will operate on an itinerant basis in the geographical area of responsibility: Lombardia.
Siamo alla ricerca di un Italy Service Area Manager che entri a far parte di Marelli Aftermarket per supportare il Team Italy Technical Services & Equipment Sales, riportando direttamente al Responsabile dell’ente Technical Services & Equipment. Questa posizione opererà in modo itinerante nell’area geografica di competenza: Lombardia.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Have direct responsibility for Service product revenue per customer (related to budget and sales contracts).
• Have direct responsibility for the Checkstar network (Service and Car Body Network), managing and developing it.
• Manage orders and sales contracts for Service products.
• Periodically involve mechanics in network activities (organization of courses, Roadshows, Conventions, Incentive activities).
• You will participate in periodic audits.
• Prepare monthly forecasts for Service product lines.
• Manage promotions and sell-in actions on customers.
• Manage customer inquiries in sales, marketing, administration and logistics.
• You will perform product activation and technical demonstrations.
• Avrai responsabilità diretta del fatturato dei prodotti Service per cliente (relativo al budget e ai contratti di vendita).
• Avrai responsabilità diretta della rete Checkstar (Service and Car Body Network), gestendola e sviluppandola.
• Gestirai gli ordini e i contratti di vendita dei prodotti Service.
• Coinvolgerai periodicamente i meccanici nelle attività di rete (organizzazione di corsi, Roadshow, Convention, attività Incentive).
• Parteciperai ad Audit periodici.
• Preparerai previsioni mensili per le linee di prodotto Service.
• Gestirai le promozioni e le azioni di sell-in sui clienti.
• Gestirai le richieste dei clienti in ambito vendite, marketing, amministrazione e logistica.
• Effettuerai l’attivazione e le dimostrazioni tecniche dei prodotti.
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Multiple years of experience in the technical field of the Automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Technical and technological knowledge of mechanical parts and equipment.
• Good knowledge of shop floor dynamics and processes.
• Propensity for commercial negotiation.
• Esperienza pluriennale in ambito tecnico nel settore Automotive.
• Buona conoscenza di Excel e Power Point.
• Conoscenza tecnica e tecnologica delle parti e delle attrezzature meccaniche.
• Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche e dei processi di officina.
• Propensione alla negoziazione commerciale.
