About the Position:
We are looking for a Product&Marketing Specialist to join the Commercial&Marketing team within the Electronic Systems Division, reporting directly to the Product Marketing Manager.
This position is based at our office in Torino, Corso Unione Sovietica 600.
As the Product&Marketing Specialist at Marelli, you will support the product marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities for electronic products. The role focuses on assisting with market research, campaign management, content creation, and product launch coordination.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Support product launches by preparing marketing materials, coordinating timelines, and assisting with promotional activities
- Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for product positioning and messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, design) to gather product information and ensure accurate communication
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, brochures, and presentations
- Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns, collect data, and report key performance metrics
- Provide administrative support to senior marketing staff, including meeting coordination and budget tracking
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM/Social Media platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Understanding event logistics
