About the Position:
We are looking for a Treasury Cash Management Analyst to join the Treasury team.
This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI).
As the Treasury Cash Management Analyst at Marelli, you will be responsible for the development and analysis of cash forecasts and cash strategies for EMEA entities. The role will be a key advisor on cash management solutions.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop and consolidate cash forecasts for EMEA entities, ensuring timelines and accuracy are achieved.
- Monitoring bank account balances at the EMEA level to ensure timely payments from the appropriate bank accounts.
- Monitoring and analysis of receipts and payments in a multicurrency Cash Pooling system.
- Assess the monthly ending cash position by country and by Region at Group Level.
- Perform detailed analysis of cash flow and understanding of key drivers and variances in cash forecasts.
- Supporting cash management issues and developing appropriate strategies to manage such risks, ensuring all Marelli regions have access to required liquidity.
- Support in developing and implementing appropriate cash forecasting in the new treasury management systems.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics at minimum is required.
- 2+ years of Corporate Treasury experience within a global organization.
- Cash Management strategies including short-term liquidity planning and optimization.
- Multicurrency Cash Pooling systems, with the ability to monitor and analyze complex inflows and outflows.
- Treasury Management Systems (TMS) — experience with Kyriba is a strong plus.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, enabling efficient data analysis, reporting, and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for advising stakeholders and collaborating across EMEA entities.
- Fluent in English, ensuring effective interaction in a multinational environment.
