About the Position:
We are looking for a Site Facility &Hse Manager to join the Marelli Cluj team, reporting directly to the Site Manager.
This position is based at our office in Cluj-Napoca.
As the Site Facility &Hse Manager at Marelli, you will be develop, implement, and maintain HSE procedures in compliance with Romanian legislation and company standards.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports across all applicable HSE domains, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.

Conduct occupational health and safety risk assessments and hazard evaluations for all job roles and processes.

Participate in HSE incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Identify HSE training needs and design, deliver, and maintain internal HSE training programs.

Develop and deliver HSE induction training for new employees or contractors.

Plan, organize, and conduct emergency response drills.

Maintain and update the annual emergency response plan, training plan, thematic plan, and company evacuation plan.

Audit organizational activities against HSE plans and procedures.

Monitor and track closure of corrective actions.

Coordinate and facilitate periodic medical examinations for employees.
- Coordinate facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and routine services.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance for equipment, utilities, and building systems.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance with Marelli standards.
- Monitor and report on facility conditions, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.

Coordinate facility improvement projects, office moves, and space planning.
- Lead and coordinate TISAX assessment and certification processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and controls aligned with TISAX requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and audits to verify compliance.
- Train and support relevant staff on TISAX procedures, information security awareness, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and records for TISAX assessments and corrective actions.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

2+ years experience in HSE coordination or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.

Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum 80 hours certification)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management software.

Safety and environmental mindset.
Other skills that we would welcome:
