About the Position:
We are looking for a LE Testing Area China to join the ME Asia Lighting/Manufactoring team, reporting directly to the Lighting LE Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
This position is based at our office in Guangzhou.
As the LE Testing Area China at Marelli, you will be responsible for the Testing activities in the China area.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- the driving of the standards for AL Testing in the Guangzhou Plant
- to grant the proper application of the AL Testing standard in the R&D of ALCN-SH and the R&D of ALCN-WH managing the local interfaces in R&D
- to grant the proper AL Testing rules in the selected EMS (external electronic Manufacturer that are working for AL in case of buy)
- support the LE Manufacturing Engineering Manager to monitor the KPI for the Guangzhou Plant for AL Products and the opportunities of improvements to be applied
- drive and support the analysis of the electrical diagram and layout
- drive and support the generation of the Test Prescription
- drive and support the Test Coverage calculation
- drive and support the EOL SW development
- overview and support the Validation of the Test Tool in the Plant (ICT and EOL)
- overview the statistical analysis on the test data
- overview and support to Production according the defined RASI chart
- overview and support to the scrap analysis according the defined RASI chart
What Qualifications you will bring:

EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): College or Bachelor’s degree in electronic or related
LANGUAGES: Proficient in Oral and written English
- Mandatory:
- Knowledge in Production Tools (like In-Circuit, EOL)
- Knowledge in measurement systems and instrumentation
- Knowledge in the Electrical Drawings with microprocessor
- Knowledge of Automotive environments
- Knowledge of Labview and TestStand SW from National Instruments
- Good team player in an international environment
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge in Design for Testability concepts and Production Testing Process
- Knowledge on supplier management
- Knowledge in Leds measurement environment
