About the Position:
We are looking for a [Hardware Engineer] to join the [Interiors Product Development Department] team, reporting directly to the [Advanced Engineering Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Huadu District,Guanghzou China].
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for hardware design of electronic products, including schematic design, PCB layout, and optimization to ensure the reliability and functionality of circuits and hardware architecture.
- Lead hardware component selection and testing; conduct validation to meet product requirements and ensure system performance and stability.
- Collaborate with firmware engineers and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware with system functionality.
- Optimize hardware design solutions, perform functional validation, troubleshoot issues during the product development process, and resolve hardware-related challenges promptly.
- Support the transition to mass production by developing hardware production test plans and troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, with solid theoretical knowledge of circuit design.
- At least 5 years of experience in hardware design and development, including schematic drawing, PCB layout, component selection, and performance testing.
- Proficiency in at least one design tool (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
- Familiarity with both analog and digital circuit design, with experience in EMI/EMC optimization being a plus.
- Experience with common hardware communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, and UART, and practical application of these interfaces.
- Strong skills in hardware testing and debugging; proficient in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to analyze and resolve hardware issues effectively.
- Strong team collaboration and cross-functional communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
Other skills that we would welcome:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degrees (Master's or above) are preferred, but candidates with significant practical hardware R&D experience may also be considered.
