About the Position:
We are looking for a [ Interior Product Design Engineer ] who will join PD team lead design engineering team for program .directly to [development Manager]; this position is based at our office in [Guangzhou].
Your Responsibilities will be:
- 1. • According to the project development schedule, and the project development QCT requirements, complete the component design, and provide each stage of documents :
o CAS ; product assembly and manufacturing feasibility analysis
o Product design time and resource planning
o Functional analysis, DFMEA
o DTS, Dimension Chain Calculation
o Critical sections, 3D data, 2D drawings
o Benchmark, Design Verification, Lessons Learned
- 2. Participate in the development of Interior parts, problem solving, optimization, etc well
- 3. Collaborates with the team to meet customer needs and ensure the company's revenue expectations
- 4 Support VAVE-related efforts to increase revenue
What Qualifications you will bring:
- 1. Be able to effectively understand the client's project development concept, understand and learn the company's internal design standards and communicate within the team.
- 2. Proficient in 3D design software (NX or CATIA) for product structure design .
- 3. Understand the basic development process of automotive interior products, and understand the work of each stage before the freezing of tooling data
- 4. Familiar with the product development mode of Chinese OEM, and be able to cooperate well with the customer's technical team to complete the development together
- 5. Excellent professional and technical ability related to automotive interior product.
