- Doing product development to meet QDT target according to mast schedule from nomination to SOP.
- Work with RFQ team as product responsible to award business.
- Participating the productivity increasement activities during development and mass production phase.
- Capitalize the know-how for technical capability improvement.

- Mechanical knowledge
- Skills of design software such as Catia, UG.
- Skill of internal and cross function team communication
