About the Position:
We are looking for a Process Supervisor who will join IE Engineering Technology team to take leading of following processes planning. Take leading of industrial development of Plant to meet development of business plan. Take leading of new process development and complete process development of corresponding projects. Take leading of manufacture footprint of Plant, and to plan a proper manufacturing process for production. Reporting directly to Process Engineering Manager; this position is based at our office in Guangzhou.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Take leading of PE team to deploy industrial development for new projects, and to guarantee flawless launch.
- Support PE team on technical aspect, and support plant for technical issues while necessary.
- Take leading of new projects planning, including process plan, investment strategy, target plants for production and make or buy strategy of components.
- To support plant for improvement activities, such as, efficiency improvement, automation promotion and process optimization, etc.
- Take leading of capacity planning, and to do capacity calculation regularly to make sure machines capacity is in proper utilization.
- Lead the production engineering team to develop advanced technologies and provide industrial support for the development and introduction of new products.
- Take leading equipment standard, establish manufacturing guideline for all equipment, and also installation standard of auxiliary and facility.
- Complete relevant jobs assigned by Process Engineering Manager.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Full-time education of university, with background of mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, bachelor’s degree or above.
- EXPERIENCES: 5 years’ experience of manufacturing engineering on interior component. Relevant background in European or American companies of instrument panel, center console, and door trim. Professional in, cutting, glue spraying and curing, edge folding and pressing, manual folding, stitching (splicing and decoration) and weakening (ultrasonic, milling and laser scoring). Professional in vehicle BusCom, relevant experience on CAN/LIN testing for electric component.
