About the Position:
We are looking for a role of an Industrial Control ( Treasury & Project Controller) to join the Finanace ELS team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Treasury & Banking
> Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking operations, and prepare cashflow forecasts for smooth payments and plant functioning.
> Oversee daily treasury activities, including payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.
> Maintain relationships with financial institutions, negotiate banking facilities, and coordinate treasury-related audits.
> Prepare and analyze treasury reports for management, providing actionable insights.
Project Controlling
> Prepare project reports and dashboards to highlight new business acquisition opportunities and support company KPIs.
> Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
> Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions for project financial performance.
> Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve issues.
> Present risk and opportunity impacts during business meetings and propose mitigation actions.
Accounts Receivables
> Manage and monitor customer accounts for timely collection of receivables.
> Reconcile accounts and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer queries and prevent bad debts.
> Prepare aging reports, analyze overdue balances, and implement collection strategies.
Budgeting and Costing
> Analyze production costs and prepare financial reports.
> Implement and maintain standard costing systems.
> Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities.
> Monitor adherence to budgets and financial plans.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience 2~4 years.
Other skills that we would welcome:
Knowledge of Banks and Financial Transactions
Understanding of financial statements
Knowledge of costing and budgeting
Manufacturing operations- PO, PR, GRN
Knowledge about SAP
MS Excel
