About the Position:
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Process Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Support Program Manager in Offer and Initiative definition and Monitoring providing and continuously updating Industrial Cost and CAPEX
- Assure the manufacturability of new products working in strict collaboration with Product Development Teams applying DFX methodologies and tools
- Assure the implementation of Simultaneous Engineering leading the implementation of EEM/EPM, WPI activities and the achievement of the Industrial targets (Quality – Cost – Delivery)
- Be a part of assigned Industrialization and Launch Team in the definition, the implementation and the monitoring of New Product Industrialization and Launch Activities Plan Respecting the Customer Industrial Milestones
- Team member in the assigned Industrialization and Launch Team in Process, Tooling, Equipment and Lines definition, capacity sizing and implementation
- Work with Plant Mfg. Team in the definition, the implementation and the monitoring of Product Change Industrialization and Launch activities plan respecting the assigned Customer Milestones
- Support Manufacturing Project Leaders in the continuous Monitoring of New Product Industrialization and Launch Activities
- Assure the implementation at Plant level of Transversal and BL Specific Technology Process & Equipment Standard Guidelines and Practices
- Assure the implementation at Plant level of the WPI Standard Methodology and Tools to New Products Industrialization Projects
- Assure within the New Product / Process Industrialization and Launch Team coordinated by the Process Engineer the definition, the planning and the implementation of the WPI, Industrialization and Launch activities related to Process Technology and Equipment
- Support Purchasing Department in the Evaluation and Selection of the new Process Equipment’s Supplier
- Assure the implementation of the EEM Pillar approach and Methodology at Plant Level coordinating the definition and the implementation of the emerging improvement activities to new Process Technology and Equipment
- Support AM and PM Pillars activities definition and implementation assuring the required Process Technology and Equipment Knowledge availability
- Assure the implementation and the Upload in the BP database of Process Technology and Equipment Best Practices identified at Plant Level
- Responsible for communicate EHS and EnMS standard to suppliers and ensure application of the same
What Qualifications you will bring:
B.tech(E&C / Mechanical)
