About the Position:
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Manesar and the person will be required in Shifts.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Review daily planed vs actual for Breakdown and find root cause, take countermeasures.
- Design and optimize scheduled maintenance routines based on equipment criticality to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate quick, effective repairs on highly complex mechanical, electrical, and automation (PLC) systems during emergency stoppages
- Adherence to Preventive maintenance and planned maintenance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of equipment's.
- To monitor the periodical checks of Equipment's and machines are maintained properly and working correctly.
- Planning of Spares inventory & manage the spare parts lifecycle, ensuring critical components are stocked without exceeding maintenance budget
- Supervise and train the team members as necessary & able to Maintain KPI- MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance Cost ,% of PM and % of BM.
- Able to do necessary documentation as per Maintenance standards.
- Lead investigations into chronic or high-impact machine failures to eliminate repetitive operational issues & execution of improvement plan activities.
- Review Daily work orders & all documentation to ensure proper data collection.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW) rules, and OSHA
- Responsible for all audits IATF16949, ISO, 45001, 14001 , EnMS 50001.
- Ensure the behaviour of the product in all the stages of life in accordance to all applicable guidelines i.e EnMS ,EMS ,OH&S etc.
- Responsible for communicate EHS and EnMS standard to suppliers.
What Qualifications you will bring:
B.Tech / Electrical / Intrumentation & Electronics / Mechanical
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Siemens PLC/HMI/Drives programming
- Configuration of electrical/electronics Components ( e.g Drives, Barcode Scanners, Screwers,Servo,Camera,Controller,Relay
- Good knowledge of Screwing, plugging & assembly process
- Understaning of Electrical,Pneuamtic Drawing and Electronics Schematic
- Electrical Trouble shooting

Drive plant asset reliability by planning and executing comprehensive Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities.
Manage critical spare parts testing inventories and lead rigorous root cause analyses (RCA) to systematically eliminate machine breakdowns.
